Run it Back. is an adult track club that promotes health + wellness through track + field workouts, community events, and track meets for the St. Louis community and beyond.

Our Starting Line

After college, there are few, if any, opportunities to sprint, throw, or jump competitively—leaving many athletes without a way to continue their passion. We're creating a space for folks to keep pushing their limits, rediscover their love for competition + connect with a community that shares their drive.

  • We meet every Wednesday @ 6:00pm + Saturday @ 9:00am to put in some work! We offer sprint, mid-distance, long jump, triple jump, shot put + discus specialty workouts.

  • We are excited to host a total of three Track Meets every year, providing athletes with a little friendly competition!

  • We attend other club and unattached track meets throughout the season. Check our event schedule for updates!
